What is the best way to get to the concert?
We strongly encourage all ticket holders to utilise the FREE public transport available from 12:00pm on the day of the concert. You can plan your FREE journey using the Translink Journey Planner.
There will be no public parking at the venue and parking restriction in place in the local Gabba Traffic Area.
Pick up and drop off areas will be in place within close proximity to The Gabba. However, please allow ample time as these areas may be congested on the event day.

When should I arrive?
Public gates open at 5:30pm with the show starting at 7:00pm. We recommend arriving early to give yourself plenty of time to pass through security checks and ticket scanning.
Be sure to know you gate location as you will only be able to enter via the designated gate on your ticket. You can view the location of your gate on the Stadium Map tab.
Where can I get my Taylor Swift merchandise?
Taylor Swift merchandise will be available for purchase at the concert, both inside and outside the venue. All merchandise stands have EFTPOS facilities.
Can I dress up and bring in a sign?
We love to see Taylor fans dressing up but please keep in mind that certain items may not be allowed inside the venue. This includes light packs (eg. fairy lights), novelty guns and bullets and any other items may be deemed as a safety hazard or nuisance to other guests.
Signs can be brought inside the venue provided they are no larger than 28cm high x 43cm wide (approximately A3 size), do not contain offensive or political messaging and are not fixed to poles.

When will the show be ending?
The concert will end at around 10:45pm.
Pick up zones will be in place post-concert for patrons being collected by family or friends. Please allow time for exit from the venue and getting to the pick-up zones.

Who are the supporting acts for the show?
Joining Taylor Swift on her Reputation Stadium Tour across Australia will be internationally acclaimed pop trailblazer CHARLI XCX, plus New Zealand indie-pop duo BROODS.
Can I bring in my bag?
All bags A4 size and under will be permitted inside the venue.
Can I bring a gift for Taylor?
Unfortunately Taylor cannot accept any gifts from fans during the show. Gifts will not be permitted into the venue.
Can I bring my own food and drinks into The Gabba?
Homemade non-commercially packaged food and sealed bottles of water are permitted into the venue.
Commercial food and beverages, as well as coolers, thermoses or eskies cannot be taken into the show. But don’t worry, we’ve got plenty of food and drink available inside the venue for you to enjoy.
Can I bring in my camera and/or video recorder?
No professional cameras, selfie sticks, GoPros, drones, video recording devices and audio recording equipment cannot be brought into the venue. Mobile phones are permitted.
I have a medical condition that requires me to bring in something on the prohibited list. What should I do?
If you would like to bring in a prohibited item due to medical reasons, please contact us prior to attending the event on 1300 THEGABBA (1300 843 422) or email@example.com.
Can I show my ticket on my mobile?
Mobile tickets are not permitted for this event. Only printed tickets will be accepted for entry. Please pre-print your ticket at home or collect from a Ticketmaster outlet before the concert.
Does my child need a ticket?
All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter the venue. This includes babies, toddlers and small children.
I have been injured since purchasing my ticket. What do I do?
If you have been injured and require PWD or enhanced amenity seating, please contact Ticketmaster on 136 100.
I have a question about my ticket. Who do I contact?
If you have purchased your ticket through Ticketmaster, you can contact them directly on 136 100.
However, if you have purchased your ticket through an unauthorised seller such as Viagogo, Ticketmaster Resale, Tickets, Ebay, Gumtree, Tickets Australia, Ticket Merchant, Ticket Blaster, Ticket Bis and Queenoftickets, you will need to contact them directly to answer any ticketing enquiries. Ticketmaster cannot assist with these enquiries.
Please keep in mind that Ticketmaster in the ONLY authorised ticketing agent for the concert. The Gabba has no obligation to honour tickets from unauthorised sellers.
