TRANSPORT


What is the best way to get to the concert?

We strongly encourage all ticket holders to utilise the FREE public transport available from 12:00pm on the day of the concert. You can plan your FREE journey using the Translink Journey Planner.

There will be no public parking at the venue and parking restriction in place in the local Gabba Traffic Area.

Pick up and drop off areas will be in place within close proximity to The Gabba. However, please allow ample time as these areas may be congested on the event day.

CONCERT INFORMATION


When should I arrive?

Public gates open at 5:30pm with the show starting at 7:00pm. We recommend arriving early to give yourself plenty of time to pass through security checks and ticket scanning. 

Be sure to know you gate location as you will only be able to enter via the designated gate on your ticket. You can view the location of your gate on the Stadium Map tab.

Where can I get my Taylor Swift merchandise?

Taylor Swift merchandise will be available for purchase at the concert, both inside and outside the venue. All merchandise stands have EFTPOS facilities. 

Can I dress up and bring in a sign?

We love to see Taylor fans dressing up but please keep in mind that certain items may not be allowed inside the venue. This includes light packs (eg. fairy lights), novelty guns and bullets and any other items may be deemed as a safety hazard or nuisance to other guests.

Signs can be brought inside the venue provided they are no larger than 28cm high x 43cm wide (approximately A3 size), do not contain offensive or political messaging and are not fixed to poles.

When will the show be ending?

The concert will end at around 10:45pm.

Pick up zones will be in place post-concert for patrons being collected by family or friends. Please allow time for exit from the venue and getting to the pick-up zones.

Joining Taylor Swift on her Reputation Stadium Tour across Australia will be internationally acclaimed pop trailblazer CHARLI XCX, plus New Zealand indie-pop duo BROODS.

Can I bring in my bag?

All bags A4 size and under will be permitted inside the venue.

Can I bring a gift for Taylor?

Unfortunately Taylor cannot accept any gifts from fans during the show. Gifts will not be permitted into the venue.

Can I bring my own food and drinks into The Gabba?

Homemade non-commercially packaged food and sealed bottles of water are permitted into the venue. 

Commercial food and beverages, as well as coolers, thermoses or eskies cannot be taken into the show. But don’t worry, we’ve got plenty of food and drink available inside the venue for you to enjoy.

Can I bring in my camera and/or video recorder?

No professional cameras, selfie sticks, GoPros, drones, video recording devices and audio recording equipment cannot be brought into the venue. Mobile phones are permitted.

I have a medical condition that requires me to bring in something on the prohibited list. What should I do?

If you would like to bring in a prohibited item due to medical reasons, please contact us prior to attending the event on 1300 THEGABBA (1300 843 422) or info@thegabba.com.au.

Can I show my ticket on my mobile?

Mobile tickets are not permitted for this event. Only printed tickets will be accepted for entry. Please pre-print your ticket at home or collect from a Ticketmaster outlet before the concert.

Does my child need a ticket?

All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter the venue. This includes babies, toddlers and small children.

I have been injured since purchasing my ticket. What do I do?

If you have been injured and require PWD or enhanced amenity seating, please contact Ticketmaster on 136 100.

I have a question about my ticket. Who do I contact?

If you have purchased your ticket through Ticketmaster, you can contact them directly on 136 100

However, if you have purchased your ticket through an unauthorised seller such as Viagogo, Ticketmaster Resale, Tickets, Ebay, Gumtree, Tickets Australia, Ticket Merchant, Ticket Blaster, Ticket Bis and Queenoftickets, you will need to contact them directly to answer any ticketing enquiries. Ticketmaster cannot assist with these enquiries.

Please keep in mind that Ticketmaster in the ONLY authorised ticketing agent for the concert. The Gabba has no obligation to honour tickets from unauthorised sellers.

A few things to note:
 

  • All bags A4 size and under will be permitted inside the venue.

 

  • Never miss a beat and PRE-PRINT YOUR TICKETS at home or collect them from a Ticketmaster outlet before the concert. Tickets presented at the gate on a mobile device cannot be accepted for entry. And remember, Ticketmaster is the ONLY authorised ticket seller for this event. We know All Too Well that tickets purchased from other sellers may not be accepted - so don’t risk it!
 
  • Know your gate location before arriving as you will only be able to enter the venue via the designated gate on your ticket. To find out where your gate is located, check out The Taylor Swift Gabba Stadium Map.

 

  • Feel free to snap a Gorgeous selfie with your mobile phone, however, professional cameras, selfie sticks, GoPros, drones, video recording devices and audio recording equipment cannot be brought into the venue and will need to stay at home.

 

  • Be Swift- arrive early! Gates open at 5:30pm. All patrons will be screened by security before entering the venue, so give yourself plenty of time to pass through security, scan your tickets and get to your seats before the show starts at 7:00pm. 

 

  • Leave your Getaway Car at home as there is no parking at the stadium and in the surrounding precinct. Your concert ticket gets you FREE public transport to and from the venue – use Translink’s Journey Planner to organise your night. Designated drop off and pick up zones will also be in place for the concert.   

 

  • Commercial food and beverages, as well as coolers, thermoses or eskies cannot be taken into the show. But don’t worry, we’ve got plenty of food and drink available inside the venue for you to enjoy.

 

  • Have a sign you want to bring in? Make sure it is no larger than 28cm high x 43cm wide (approximately A3 size) and does not contain offensive or political messaging. Banners fixed to poles will not be allowed inside the venue to ensure other patrons enjoyment and safety.

 

  • Let the Sparks Fly on stage and leave your lights and battery packs at home as these are not permitted into the venue.

 

  • Looking like rain? Shake it Off because the night will go ahead rain, hail or shine! Don’t forget to bring a poncho as umbrellas are not allowed into the venue.

 

  • We love your Style but please leave your studded jewellery, long wallet chains, spurs and glass or metal containers of any style at home, along with any items that may be deemed a safety hazard, weapon (including dress up guns and bullets) or annoyance (balls, frisbees, balloons, projectiles, horns, radios, bells, whistles, musical instruments, laser pointers etc.)
 
  • Taylor cannot wait to see you all but unfortunately cannot accept any gifts from fans.
