- Plan your trip – No parking at venue. FREE public transport for all ticketholders. Travel early to avoid delays.
- Download your tickets – Ensure your ticket is saved to your phone’s digital wallet or in the Ticketek app prior to arrival. Screenshots and photos will not work. Familiarise yourself with your gate before the show!
- Cashless payments – The Gabba operates as a cashless venue, so please be prepared to pay by card only.
- Pack right, pack light – Bags must be under 40cm x 40cm x 40cm. Don’t forget we’re cashless!
- No smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes the stadium – Pass Outs (the ability to leave and re-enter) will be available.
- Enjoy the cricket!

Stay Cool and Hydrated
This is an outdoor event in December, so expect warm weather. Though some seats will be undercover, the majority of seats are subject to the elements. Remember to stay hydrated throughout the event!
FREE public transport* is available for anyone attending the NRMA Insurance Test Series at The Gabba, including:
- Queensland Rail City Network trains (excluding Airtrain)
- Brisbane City Council buses
- Special event shuttle services (available 2 hours before the event)

There is NO public car parking at The Gabba for this event and on-street parking restrictions and road closures are in place in surrounding areas. Vehicles parking illegally may be fined or towed. View our Getting Here page for more information.

All guests will be subject to bag checks and security wanding. Prohibited items include:
- NO bags or backpacks larger than 40cm x 40cm x 40cm, providing they can fit under your seat. NOTE: Approved bags will still be subject to full bag checks. Parents attending with young children are permitted to bring a nappy bag (within reason), however they must be small enough to fit under your seat and will be subject to full bag checks.
- NO camp chairs, folding chairs or collapsible stools.
- NO binoculars.
- NO offensive or political messages.
- NO glass water bottles.
- NO cameras, selfie-sticks/tripods, GoPros, drones or video recording devices.

Can I smoke inside The Gabba?
The Gabba is a smoke-free venue. Patrons must exit the stadium if they wish to smoke. This includes e-cigarettes. Please ensure you keep your event ticket to be scanned upon exit and re-entry to the venue.
Can I exit and re-enter during the event?
Pass Outs are permitted you will need to have your ticket scanned on exit and re-entry.
What should I do if I experience anti-social behaviour during the event?
If patrons require assistance or experience anti-social behaviour, they can SMS The Gabba Assist Line on 0427 594 931.
The below accessibility features are available for the event:

- Accessible seating locations across the venue
- Accessible drop off
Accessible drop off and parking is available on Duke Street near Gate 5 for holders of Australian Disability Parking Permits (ADPP). These car parks are limited and are allocated on a first in, first served basis and cannot be booked. ADPP's must be clearly visible on cars to gain access to parking.
Bars and food will be available throughout the Stadium on event day, please view the Stadium Map or Food & Beverage page on our website.

Personal water bottles are permitted on the day, however glass water bottles will not be permitted. All water bottles will be subject to security check at the Stadium's discretion.
Free water bubblers are located inside the venue.
At the end of the event, please be patient and follow staff directions for smooth exiting of all patrons.
Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum.
Patrons are recommended to utilise the free public transport services when leaving the Stadium. Free travel on buses and trains will be available for 4 hours post-event.
