- Arrive early: To avoid queues and ensure you don’t miss ball-up, plan your travel and allow for entry screening processes.
- Bag restrictions: Bags must be smaller than 40cm x 40cm and must fit under your seat. Leave your bag at home for faster entry.
- Cashless payments: Bring your card for all purchases – we are a cashless venue.
- Ticketing: Ticketek is the only authorised ticketing agent for this event. Add your ticket to your digital wallet before arrival.
- No smoking or vaping: Smoking (including the use of e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited at all times. Offenders will be evicted immediately and without warning. Designated Outside Smoking Areas (DOSA) are available outside the venue.
- Patrons must exit the stadium if they wish to smoke. Please ensure you keep your event ticket to be scanned upon exit and re-entry to the venue.
